This notice explains how Rellek Advisory (“Rellek,” “we”) handles the information you send through the consultation request form on this website.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the form: your name, email address, company, and, if you choose to provide them, your role, phone number, company size, details about your software setup, areas of interest, concerns, timeline, preferred contact method, how you heard about us, and your message.

Please don’t send passwords, credentials, or confidential data through the form.

Why we collect it

To review your request and reply to it, including sending you a link to book an introductory call if it looks like a good fit. We don’t use it for anything else.

Where it goes

• Microsoft Azure hosts this website and processes the form submission.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being submitted by a person, not a bot.
• Google delivers and stores the resulting email in our Gmail inbox, and Google Calendar handles bookings if you later schedule a call.

We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing. This website doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it doesn’t include analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, email hello@rellekadvisory.com.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the effective date above.
