Sound familiar?

  • “Our cloud, vendor, or AI bills keep growing, and we’re not sure why.”
  • “We rely on an outside developer, but we don’t really know what they’re doing or why.”
  • “The system is slow or unreliable, and fixes don’t seem to stick.”
  • “We don’t know where our biggest risks are, including where our data lives and who can access it.”
  • “We’re adding AI features but aren’t sure what that means for cost, privacy, or control.”

How it works

  1. Introductory conversation

Send a short request through the form. After it’s reviewed, you’ll receive a link to book a no-obligation call to discuss your situation, goals, and concerns.

  2. Scope and agreement

We agree in writing on what’s reviewed, what access is needed, timing, and exclusions.

  3. Secure onboarding and assessment

Access is set up in line with your IT and security practices. We map systems, costs, performance, and vendor practices.

  4. Findings and roadmap

You receive a prioritized report in plain language, with each finding traceable and tied to a recommended action.

  5. Your next step, your choice

Address findings with Rellek, your current vendor, or someone else. Ongoing support is available if you want it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an engagement cost?

Every engagement is different, so each one is scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins. You’ll know the scope and fee up front, and nothing changes without your approval.

Do we need to replace our current vendor?

No. Many clients keep their vendor and use the findings to improve the relationship. The decision is always yours.

What access do you need?

It depends on the scope. Typically read-only access to code repositories, hosting and cost dashboards, and relevant documentation. Access is set up in line with your security and IT processes.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Confidentiality is agreed before any access is granted.

How long does an audit take?

Typically one to two weeks, depending on access and system complexity. The timeline is confirmed in the statement of work.

Do you sell or recommend specific vendors or products?

Rellek is independent and doesn’t resell vendor products. Recommendations are based on what’s best for your business.
